My mates call me Jezza but i'm also known as Jeremy Blassan. I have over 16 years of experience working for both corporate in-house and design studio environment holding multiple roles ranging from a Graphic Designer to running an in-house studio as a Design Manager. I have also claimed 4 various design awards over the years.
When the pandemic reached our shore in 2020, I did some soul searching and realised that I am always intrigue by the “why” and the “journey” instead of just the end product. There must be more than just visual communication that drives a person to do something. Cut the story short, I found my answer when I pursued UX/UI design through Academy Xi for an intensive 6 months and landed myself in a UI/UX role for an advertising firm followed by an industry contract role. I am now ready to move on to further expand my knowledge and leave a positive mark in this society.
My motivation is understanding users, having empathy towards the challenges they are presented with, and find solutions through intuitive design and insightful interaction. I am passionate about user interaction, user research, and human-centered design with a touch of FUN!
